This is our personalized
nutritional program. This 4-week program
is designed to coach you through what it takes to understand your daily eating,
training and lifestyle habits and how they affect you at work, in the gym and
with family and friends. You will receive
a personalised plan on how to eat better and cleaner to maximise the opportunity
to fuel for performance and achieve the result you want. During the 4 weeks, we
will work with you make positive and impactful changes per the goals that you
have already set out. We will do this
with a weekly 45-min session. In this 45-min
session we will do a body composition assessment and nutrition coaching
feedback session based on your results, how you felt energy wise and your performance
during the week. You will also have a 4-week
log book to log your results and progress and constant support through email,
WhatsApp and phone. This plan is only
available if a client has done a first consultation and comes prepared with questionnaires
and food diary for the first week complete.
